WESTLAKE COACHES INC.
Westlake Coaches Inc. is a one to one relationship
where we help bring you right into the present so you can
take a very clear look at your life. Through coaching you
can learn to devise ways in which you want to move
forward and how to achieve the life you may only have
dreamt about. You learn to go beyond previously
perceived limitations and step up to solving problems while
constructing and recognizing opportunities. We find the
key to effective life coaching is honesty and saying what
needs to be heard in order to help the client to take giant
leaps forward in rethinking, refocusing, reorganizing and
reinventing their lives.
You are your greatest asset
How long will it take?
The first session is always two hours and you are required
to fill in and fax forms to us before the commencement of
each session. Forty-five minutes of each hour is talk time
and we allow 15 minutes per hour for research and note
writing on our part. The following sessions occur for one
hour once a week at pre-arranged times. The model we
use is that the client commits themselves to 12 sessions
over 12 weeks, which is reviewable at the end of the 12
week period.

coaching sessions…only change creates change.
